At Mosaic Foster Care, we understand fostering is a life-changing decision - and you're likely to have lots of questions. That’s why we’re inviting you to join one of our free virtual information events so you can get the answers you need.

This one-hour session is your chance to explore fostering in an honest and supportive arena, where you can ask experienced foster parents what it’s really like and get guidance from our professional team.

Virtual Fostering Events - Introduction to Becoming A Foster Parent

Join Debbie, our support worker and former foster parent herself and Lauren, our fostering recruitment manager, during our virtual introduction to fostering events (kinda like an open day) as they answer all of your questions about fostering. Nothing is too big or too small to ask at these informal sessions, we are on hand to help you in any way you need.

All 2025 virtual fostering events are held on Zoom. Simply choose the date you would like to attend below, register via the link and we will send you out a Zoom link to join the call.

Who should attend?

This event is designed for anyone curious about becoming a foster parent who might be looking for guidance on how to begin. Whether you’re a single individual, part of a couple, retired or have a family of your own, we welcome people from every avenue of life to join us and explore the possibility of fostering.

Fostering is open to people aged 21 and over. No formal qualifications are needed as we provide with all the training required to become a foster parent.

At Mosaic, we specialise in long-term fostering placements, focusing on providing stability and security for children as they grow. We work with foster families across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Bedfordshire, ensuring our professional support is available when needed.
