The awards, now in their 20th year, celebrate innovation and showcase outstanding practice across the children’s services sector.

For Mosaic, this recognition comes hot on the heels of our shortlisting for Management Team Of The Year at the 2025 Growing Business Awards and, in both cases, it is gratifying to see not just what we do but how we do it to earn industry approval.
The Children in Care award nod is recognition of the thoughtful, therapeutic and highly personalised approach we take to fostering – one that prioritises stability for children and equips foster parents to thrive in their role.
